Fairly clean hotel, staff and location were very good. Comfortable room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It was cheap overall. Brilliant location with an underground station near the venue.

Perfect for a 5-night stay in London We requested a single room with nice view and were completely satisfied. Great location and very good value for money contrasted with other options:)))

Worth its 3 stars. Extra towels were not a big deal too.

Good location for Earls Court
Gave us room key for wrong room which meant we walked into an occupied room. Rooms are tiny, much too small for twin beds. Very hot and stuffy You can hear too much noise from other rooms.

Bit more proficiency in English expected in London City. Furniture layout in most rooms particularly beds could be more innovative and specious.
Too many beds or too big bed in small room.

The thing I liked more at your hotel was that although I wasn't very satisfied with the first room I got, when I told the hotel staff they where very very helpful and the receptionist himself escorted me to another room being extremely polite
I think the rooms where a bit small

I suffer from arthritis found the first room that I had that I was unable to get to the window to open/close. The bath was too narrow and I had great diffuculity getting in/out because of my arthritis. The manager did move me to another room, with shower only and the shower was so small that it was impossible to shower properly. The washhand basin was an unit designed for a cloakroom and for washing your hands in - not a basin for a bathroom, also the amount of room around the unit did not enable one to use it correctly. The area to the left of the bar (near main entrance) and next to the toilets is so well worn that it is a trip hazard and is in need of urgent repairs before someone trips and is injured.
